Arrive Alive Guarantee:

We guarantee the animals in every shipment to arrive alive, healthy and in sellable condition. Any animals that perished in transit or during the next 24 hours we will replace on your next shipment (See DOA Policy for further details).

DOA Policy

When your order arrives, be sure and inspect the animals carefully to ensure everything is alive and well before acclimating into your systems. If your fish or coral doesn’t make it through the first 24 hours after arrival, simply snap a photo of the livestock needing to be credited and send us a quick email at sales@orafarm. We’ll be sure to review your email carefully and note any DOA’s reported for replacement on your next shipment.

All claims MUST include photographs and filed within 24 hours of arrival by email. Claims made after 24 hours will be at our discretion.
